2. Description of Services

DMS Global Solutions provides the following services:

  • Crypto Buy & Sell: Purchase and sale of Bitcoin, Ethereum, USDT, and major altcoins via spot and OTC operations.
  • Software Development & Installation: Custom software development, API integrations, and third-party system installation and configuration.
  • Legal Advisory: Specialized legal consulting in digital contracts, crypto asset regulation, GDPR compliance, and intellectual property protection.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into binding contracts to use our services. By using our services, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

4. Service Requests

Service requests submitted through the contact form or via WhatsApp are considered inquiries only. A service agreement is not established until confirmed in writing by DMS Global Solutions. We reserve the right to accept or decline any service request at our sole discretion.

5. Payments and Fees

Prices for services are provided upon request and may vary based on the nature and scope of the service. Accepted payment methods include bank transfer (IBAN), Zelle, Bizum, USDT, CashApp, and PayPal. All fees must be paid prior to service delivery unless otherwise agreed in writing. DMS Global Solutions is not responsible for fees charged by third-party financial institutions.

6. Crypto Transactions

Cryptocurrency transactions are subject to market volatility. Prices are confirmed at the time of trade execution and may differ from quoted estimates. Once a crypto transaction is initiated and confirmed on-chain, it cannot be reversed. Clients are responsible for providing accurate wallet addresses.

7. Refund Policy

Refund requests must be submitted within 48 hours of service confirmation. Refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Completed crypto transactions are non-refundable once executed. Software projects that have commenced development may not be eligible for a full refund.

8. Limitation of Liability

DMS Global Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services, including losses from crypto market fluctuations, third-party platform failures, or force majeure events.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site, including text, graphics, logos, and code, is the property of DMS Global Solutions and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written consent.

10. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions.

11. Changes to Terms
