1. Acceptance of Terms

  • International Remittances: Transfer of funds to individuals in Latin American and other countries.
  • Travel Packages: Planning and booking of travel packages.
  • Immigration Appointment Assistance: Guidance and support for immigration appointments and procedures.
  • Food Combos: Sale and delivery of food packages.
  • Web Design & Digital Marketing: Development of websites and digital marketing campaigns.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into binding contracts to use our services. By using our services, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

4. Service Requests

Service requests submitted through the contact form or via WhatsApp are considered inquiries only. A service agreement is not established until confirmed in writing by Digital Money Solutions LLC. We reserve the right to accept or decline any service request at our sole discretion.

5. Payments and Fees

Prices for services are provided upon request and may vary based on the nature and scope of the service. Accepted payment methods include bank transfer, Zelle, and cash. All fees must be paid prior to service delivery unless otherwise agreed in writing. Digital Money Solutions LLC is not responsible for fees charged by third-party financial institutions.

6. Refund Policy

Refund requests must be submitted within 48 hours of the service request confirmation. Refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Services that have already been rendered or partially rendered may not be eligible for a full refund. Remittance fees are non-refundable once the transfer has been initiated.

7. Limitation of Liability

Digital Money Solutions LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services, including but not limited to delays caused by third-party financial institutions, government agencies, or force majeure events.

Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Digital Money Solutions LLC and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written consent.

9. Third-Party Links

Our Site may contain links to third-party websites. These links are provided for your convenience only. We have no control over the content of those sites and accept no responsibility for them or for any loss or damage that may arise from your use of them.

10. Governing Law
